My AC went out, I called American Home Shield and they called around and got AirMAx to make my service call as an emergency because I have an 8 month old infant son living in the house. AirMAx was the ONLY; and I mean O-N-L-Y company in the DFW AHS network that made time for me in their totally booked schedule to service my need the same day! From the time that Kyle showed up at my house to diagnose my problem, I knew that AirMax was the right company for my job. EVERYONE was excellent, but Kyle really set the tone and set my expectation for the rest of the AirMax experience. AirMax’s scheduler; Betty, is my new best friend as she worked with the heavy schedule to get my new AC unit installed in less than 48 hours! Francisco and Charlie were at my house ON TIME; as promised, and installed my unit. I was particularly impressed with the fact that co-owners Brian and his brother Scott actually deliver some AC units to the install techs personally (Brian delivered mine). If you ever need AC fixed and fixed right, call AirMax in Celina, Texas. They will get the job done! The receptionist, Betty, even the man who called me about the maintenance plan were all super courteous when I called! I am highly impressed with AirMax! As a college professor, I teach people courses in management and stress the importance of the customer relationship. Air Max has aced this course. As an AF vet, I strongly stress the word ACE!!!The company culture is one that is set up to take care of the customer. Kudos to the owners!!!
I relocated from Rhode Island approximately 2 years 9 months ago and am not familiar with Air Conditioner / Heating Contractors in this area. After calling American Home Shield (our home warranty provider) they connected us with Airmax for our air conditioner repair. From our first call they were polite, accomodating, and gave us a realistic scheduled time period that they would be here, notified us one hour in advance of showing up, and arrived on time. Their service technician Jim Shelton could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, polite, and friendly. I can not say enough good things about this company especially by being new to this area. I have already added Airmax to my favorite list on my computer and will request them along with Jim Shelton for any future work. Thank again Jim Shelton / Airmax
I was very pleased that Airmax could work us into their tight schedule on short notice. Our units were knocked out by a lightening strike. My husband had surgery that week & was returning home on friday. Airmax made sure he came home to a comfortable and cool home for his recovery. Thank you.

We’ve been using AirMax for several years and always request them if we need repairs from AHS. Always prompt and very thorough when here for service. We also have a yearly maintenance agreement for prevention. Adriel was here for winter maintenance and a very professional young man.

I put in a request on 8/24 1:30am and it is 8/25 9:55 we are up and running. They originally had us in a 3-5pm window. Something opened up and moved us to this morning. We had a call about time change, I had a call telling me service guy was headed my way. Very pleased with the prompt and efficient service. By the way it only takes one out standing complaint to bring down a BBB rating.
My home warranty company assigned me to Air Max, Inc., after I called in to request a service appointment this Friday morning. After finding this vendor has an ‘A-‘ BBB rating, I made a proactive outreach to their office.Despite this being my first business interaction, every person who I spoke with was very accommodating and helpful. From Hanna, who took my call; Kim, who set my appointment; Eva, who took my follow up call, every effort was made to try and have their Tech, who was already in my area, fit me in his schedule before 1pm.After my wife reminded me that I had school pickup for our sons today, I sent an email to Air Max about my A/C issues then spoke to Eva to let her know if their Tech could not be at my home before I had to leave, then to please fit me into teh next available time slot as soon as tomorrow.Eva let me speak with Kim, who confirmed receipt of my email.Eva called me a little past Noon to say their Tech was on his way to my home. Jimmy arrived and after listening to the various checks I did this morning (checked circuit breaker & visual inspection on the A/C unit in my attic), he went about his diagnostics.Turned out the A/C unit had some debris blockage in the flow that triggered the unit’s shut down. He cleared the blockage to fix my problem. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than him.I will be providing a similar positive review for Air Max once my warrantyh company sends me their survey. Thanks!

By far, the best experience I’ve had with a vendor randomly assigned by American Home Shield. The guy who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. He explained the window of time and assured me that someone would call when they were on the way (gasp!), he called! The technician identified the problem quickly (capacitors and amperages and other things I know nothing about) fixed it, then talked to me at length about options moving forward. he was extremely knowledgeable and best of all ladies and gentlemen, it’s below 80 degrees in my house n the middle of another relentless Texas summer for the first time since I moved here. P.S. They use Square for credit card transactions vs the ‘put the card on a piece of carbon paper and scrape with a pen’ method used by 99.9% of other vendors so, thank you for joining the rest of us in the 21st century Airmax!
Great Company from top to bottom. We used these guys last year when American Home Sheild assigned them to us and we had such a great experience that I called them first this time. I wanted to make sure we got Airmax as our company of choice for our furnace problem. The lady who took our call and was efficient, kind and professional. She made sure AHS gave us a service # so they could work on our unit. The two gentlemen that came out today were also professional, clean cut, polite, knowlegable, informative and fixed our problem. They weren’t push on getting a maintenance plan with them but we plan on doing it and they informed us of several issues that would have to be taken care of prior to selling our hom in the future because certain things weren’t up to code. Again, they weren’t pushy but rather informatice and concerned for our well being. If you have a choice call these guys!!!
