I put in a request on 8/24 1:30am and it is 8/25 9:55 we are up and running. They originally had us in a 3-5pm window. Something opened up and moved us to this morning. We had a call about time change, I had a call telling me service guy was headed my way. Very pleased with the prompt and efficient service. By the way it only takes one out standing complaint to bring down a BBB rating.
