My home warranty company assigned me to Air Max, Inc., after I called in to request a service appointment this Friday morning.
After finding this vendor has an ‘A-‘ BBB rating, I made a proactive outreach to their office.

Despite this being my first business interaction, every person who I spoke with was very accommodating and helpful. From Hanna, who took my call; Kim, who set my appointment; Eva, who took my follow up call, every effort was made to try and have their Tech, who was already in my area, fit me in his schedule before 1pm.

After my wife reminded me that I had school pickup for our sons today, I sent an email to Air Max about my A/C issues then spoke to Eva to let her know if their Tech could not be at my home before I had to leave, then to please fit me into teh next available time slot as soon as tomorrow.

Eva let me speak with Kim, who confirmed receipt of my email.

Eva called me a little past Noon to say their Tech was on his way to my home. Jimmy arrived and after listening to the various checks I did this morning (checked circuit breaker & visual inspection on the A/C unit in my attic), he went about his diagnostics.

Turned out the A/C unit had some debris blockage in the flow that triggered the unit’s shut down. He cleared the blockage to fix my problem. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than him.

I will be providing a similar positive review for Air Max once my warrantyh company sends me their survey. Thanks!
