It is my extreme pleasure to write a review sharing my experiences with Airmax. I have had AHS warranty for a number of years. Over the years, I have been fortunate to have Airmax dispatched to my home to render services.Each technician who came was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable, arriving on time, sometimes at a moment's notice. Each time they did a very thorough job servicing my fourteen year old units. As time went on, my 4 ton unit continued to need extensive repairs. AHS dispatched Airmax. After the problem was diagnosed, the repairs would be too costly even with AHS covering its portion of the repairs. I decided to purchase a new unit. I checked with AHS on the amount they would cover, then called Airmax who assisted me. Scott emailed me the proposal explaining the warranty, maintenance and work approval on the unit I had chosen. Jessica sent the contract, obtained the city permit and the paperwork for the inspection to be done after the unit was installed. Michael, the technician did an excellent job installing the unit. It was a "worry free" project for me. The 4 ton unit is working beautifully and I have seen a decrease on my energy bill. Kudos to AIRMAX and its very efficient staff. If you're looking for a company who will take care of all your A/C needs, AIRMAX would be the Best Choice!!!

I love this company! Our AC went out last summer. By 6oclock the SAME day they were installing a new unit! The guys who do my maintenance are professional and polite. I recommend this company for anyone looking for an honest dependable AC company.

We have AHS--really have no choice about which company responds to our request for service--and usually can't get scheduled for at least 24 hours--sometimes as much as 3 days. I woke up to no heat at 6:30 a.m. and put in my request for service online (no CHAT was available and phone contact said over 1 hour to talk to someone). To my surprise, the service person was at our house before noon. A little minor difficulty with the office person, but the tech was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and had us back with heat in about 30 minutes. I really appreciated his thorough assessment of our problem. Would recommend Airmax even if you don't have AHS.
